Isabella Jane Carlisle was born in SLC, Utah on April 12, 1857. She was the 3rd of 13 children of Joseph Carlisle and Isabella Sharp. She married Joseph William Walters in SLC, Utah on Jan. 3, 1875 and together they had 11 children.
